Loki (Tom Hiddleston) explores what it means to be a hero instead of a villain and have friends he wants to save in season two of Disney Plus' Loki, which debuts Thursday, October 5.

The series picks up in the aftermath of season one, in which Loki found himself locked in a battle with the Time Variance Authority having just met He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors). He's back with Mobius (Owen Wilson) and Hunter B-15 (Wunmi Mosaku) as they search the multiverse for Loki's love, Sylvie (Sophia di Martino) as well as Judge Renslayer and Miss Minutes.

The six-episode season also stars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr and Neil Ellice. Ke Huy Quan (Everything Everywhere All at Once) also joins the cast.

Loki is executive produced by Kevin R. Wright, Kevin Feige, Stephen Broussard, Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Justin Benson, Aaron Moorhead, Eric Martin, Michael Waldron and Hiddleston. Trevor Waterson serves as co-executive producer. Martin is head writer. Benson, Moorhead, Dan DeLeeuw and Kasra Farahani shared directing duties for the six-episode series.
