With the Summer Olympics in Paris just 100 days away, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) have begun introducing the athletes who make up Team USA.
The new brand spot, “One for All,” combines footage of this year’s competing athletes with that of so-called regular people to drive home the USOPC’s theme of unity and connection.
“It’s a bold new strategy at work, as we're thoughtfully bringing attention to the diverse personalities and ambitions that drive our athletes to convey a simple, yet powerful message: just one of us can do it for all of us," said Jess Park, chief of brand and fan engagement, USOPC. "’One for All’ is a chance for Americans to connect with the athletes’ stories that speak to them in a personal and authentic way. It’s an opportunity to “find their ones'' and follow these athletes on the Road to Paris.”

The campaign features some of Team USA’s biggest hopes, including artistic gymnast Shilese Johnson (above), water polo player Ashleigh Johnson, skateboarder Jagger Eaton, diver Andrew Capobianco, surfer Carissa Moore and many more. Developed in partnership with Wieden + Kennedy New York (WKNY), the brand campaign reflects Team USA’s diversity.
“This brand platform is based on a simple truth: Team USA is the largest, most diversely talented team of athletes on planet Earth,” said Brandon Henderson, co-chief creative officer, W+K New York, also in a statement. “The creative work showcases the athletes and fans side by side and the platform speaks to the power of representation, where at any given event, one athlete can represent all of us.”
Team USA’s “One for All” spot gets its TV debut on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20 during NBC and Peacock’s airing of the US Olympic Wrestling Team Trials. The campaign will continue to run through June during qualifying events and trials on NBC and Peacock as well as on Team USA’s social channels. Team USA also has mounted a website where fans can track all their favorites headed into the Games.
After the initial drop, Team USA Studio will begin rolling out a variety of content series across Team USA’s channels. The series, “Athlete Voices,'' features athletes telling their own stories, while “What Connects U.S.” has athletes discuss all the ways in which they feel connected to one another. In “Passing the Torch,” Olympic and Paralympic legends send good-luck messages to those who are taking up the competitive mantle. And athletes will sit down and get personal with Ari Chambers in “The Pod.”
“One for All” will continue up to and throughout the Paris Games and then be picked back up for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina, Italy.
