Even though The Walking Dead – AMC's hit TV show adapted from Robert Kirkman's graphic novel – has concluded, Kirkman's presence was still all over New York Comic Con, with multiple Walking Dead spinoffs at AMC and season two of adult animated series Invincible returning to Prime Video.
Co-showrunners Kirman and Simon Racioppa were on hand at NYCC to discuss season two with fans, revealing the above trailer as well as an exclusive episode clip.
Invincible tells the story of 18-year-old Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun), whose father, Nolan (J.K. Besides Yeun and Simmons, the series features an all-star voiceover cast, including Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson and Seth Rogen.
Sterling K. Brown joins the cast as the season's new villain, Angstrom Levy, along with Tatiana Maslany, Daveed Diggs, Peter Cullen, Cliff Curtis, Calista Flockhart, Scoot McNairy, Lea Thompson and Ben Schwartz.
