What happens when the son of the President of the United States (FSOTUS) and a prince of England fall in love?
A lot, starting with falling into a wedding cake piled high with buttercream (metaphors, anyone?), according to Prime Video's first trailer for Red, White and Royal Blue, its original movie adaptation of the 2019 best-selling book by Casey McQuiston.
Of course, it's not as simple as that and the road to love is paved with many hazards, especially when the pair involved are considered two of the world's most eligible bachelors.

The film stars Taylor Zakhar Perez as FSOTUS Alex Claremont-Diaz and Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Henry. Uma Thurman stars as Madame President, an ambitious politician from Texas. Los Angeles-based Tiny Hero cut the trailer.
Red, White and Royal Blue premieres August 1 on Prime Video.
