As fans know, Cobra Kai never dies, but it does come to an end. On Friday, the creators of Netflix's Cobra Kai, a sequel to the Karate Kid movies of the 80s, penned a letter to fans letting them know that the show's sixth season would be its last.
The video announcement, above, weaves together scenes from the movies and five seasons of the show, including remembrances of Daniel-San's teacher Mr. Miyagi (Pat Morita), who the series often references.
The series, created and executive produced by Josh Healed, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, saw the return of Ralph Macchio and William Zabka to their original roles from the movies. They were joined by new characters played by Solo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan and more.
The first five seasons of Cobra Kai are streaming on Netflix.
