While Jason Momoa prepares to conduct Discovery into that other shark-programming event, Nat Geo will launch its annual month-long celebration of all things shark, Sharkfest, on Saturday, July 2.

Sharkfest will air across multiple Disney platforms, including National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Mundo, Disney Plus, Hulu, ESPN2, ABC, Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior. Content will be provided on linear, digital and social platforms and will include a FAST pop-up channel.

The National Geographic Kids YouTube Channel will feature a Sharkfest playlist, in addition to shark-related content featured on the National Geographic Kids website throughout the month of July. DisneyNow also will have shark-themed content on its homepage through August.
