AMC, AMC Plus and Shudder are getting ready to kick off the “Best Christmas Ever,” with more than 650 programming hours available to watch between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Beginning November 26 and concluding December 26, AMC Networks will host classic Christmas movie marathons, original series, specials and more.

On December 2, AMC will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the now iconic Christmas movie, Elf, starring Will Ferrell as a human who was raised as one of Santa's elves in the North Pole. AMC has partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery for the official “Best Christmas Ever in NYC Sweepstakes,” launching on November 7, in which fans can enter to win an all-expenses paid four-day trip this December to New York City. There, they can walk in the footsteps of Buddy the Elf (Ferrell) as he works in Santa's Workshop at Macy's, ice skates at Rockefeller Center and sees Santa pass over Central Park. Five winners and their guests will be treated to a fully curated experience.

Viewers who aren't ready to leave Halloween behind can hang out on Shudder, where they can watch original film The Sacrifice Game, as well as a new special from The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, Joe Bob's Creepy Christmas.

Subscribers to AMC Plus can dive into special collections, including “The Nice List” featuring Vince Vaughn's original holiday rom-com Christmas with the Campbells, starring Justin Long and BrittanySnow, and “The Naughty List” featuring IFC Films' Silent Night starring Keira Knightley(Love Actually) and Shudder thriller The Apology starring Anna Gunn (Breaking Bad), among others.

Throughout the month, AMC will host holiday-themed nights starting with a Classic Christmas marathon on November 27, featuring Rankin-Bass animated specials and such movies as White Christmas and Miracle on 34th Street. The Christmas Candy marathon on November 28 will showcase the late John Candy's films, including The Great Outdoors, Uncle Buck, National Lampoon's Vacation and Stripes. Similarly, a Murray Christmas on November 29 will feature Bill Murray favorites, including Groundhog Day and Caddyshack.

On December 1, it's Reese for the Holidays, with such movies as Sweet Home Alabama and Four Christmases. AMC returns to the ‘80s on December 9 with such movies as National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, The Great Outdoors, The Princess Bride, Ghostbusters 1-2 and Big. The next night it's So Many Santas with Elf, Fred Claus, The Polar Express, The Year Without a Santa Claus, Miracle on 34th Street (1947) and Rankin-Bass specials (The Life & Adventures of Santa Claus, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, Rudolph's Shiny New Year, The Year Without a Santa Claus).

It's all elves all the time on December 16 with Best Elf Marathon including Elf, Fred Claus and The Polar Express, and on December 17 those elves turn to Holiday Hijinks with National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Christmas with the Kranks, and The Great Outdoors.

The Best Christmas Marathon runs from December 23 through December 25 and features such holiday favorites as Elf, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Christmas with the Kranks, Fred Claus, Four Christmases, Rankin-Bass specials, and more. And finally, viewers can work through their Holiday Hangoveron December 26 with Elf, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Four Christmases and Christmas with the Kranks.
