Promo Mojo: HGTV Takes First with ‘Fixer to Fabulous’
INTROSTORYGALLERYCREDITS
Fellow lifestyle cabler Food Network lands two shows in the top five.

HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous tops the Promo Mojo ranker for the week ended January 12, making it TV’s most promoted – and perhaps actually most fabulous – show.

For the first time in a while, cable networks have the edge in the top five. HGTV is joined by Food Network, which promotes Worst Cooks in America in third place and Wildcard Kitchen in fifth.

Rounding out the ranking are traditional broadcasters ABC, which promotes Tim Allen sitcom Shifting Gears in second place, and NBC, which hypes reality mash-up Deal or No Deal Island in fourth.

Notably, Wildcard Kitchen scores the highest iSpot Attention Index (131) in the ranking, meaning viewers were on average highly likely to watch its promos all the way through (vs. interrupting viewing by changing the channel, pulling up the guide, fast-forwarding or turning off the TV).

Spotlight by G.E.M.A. has partnered with iSpot.tv on weekly chart Promo Mojo, offering data revealing the week’s most-promoted programming ranked by TV ad impressions.
