Promo Mojo: Broadcast is Back as 2025 Kicks Off
INTROSTORYGALLERYCREDITS
Four of ranker’s top five most-marketed shows air on broadcast television in week ended January 5.

NBC’s Deal or No Deal Island tops the Promo Mojo ranker for the week ended January 5, making it TV’s most promoted show.

Traditional broadcasters dominate, with NBC joined by Fox, which hypes its new medical drama Doc in second place; CBS, which gives some love to the Golden Globe Awards telecast in third; and ABC, which promotes its new sitcom Shifting Gears, starring Tim Allen and Kat Dennings, in fifth.

Rounding out the ranking in fourth place is Food Network’s Wildcard Kitchen.

Notably, the Golden Globe Awards telecast scores the highest iSpot Attention Index (142) in the ranking, meaning viewers were on average highly likely to watch its promos all the way through (vs. interrupting viewing by changing the channel, pulling up the guide, fast-forwarding or turning off the TV).

Spotlight by G.E.M.A. has partnered with iSpot.tv on weekly chart Promo Mojo, offering data revealing the week’s most-promoted programming ranked by TV ad impressions.
