Sara Iversen has joined the Northern Lights Family as Director of Growth and Partnerships, supporting client development and growth initiatives while building on collaboration across teams serving agencies, brands, and network and streaming clients.
Iversen will lead business development and partnership strategy for the Northern Lights Family’s integrated offerings, including editorial and post house Northern Lights; branding and design agency Mr Wonderful; production and brand-content studio Bodega; SuperExploder specializing in music, sound design and audio post; and entertainment-marketing focused Northern Lights Agency.
“Northern Lights values relationships as much as the work itself, offering an integrated model that simplifies the process from ideation through production and post. I’m excited to help build on the team’s successes,” Iversen said in a statement.
Iversen brings more than 20 years of experience growing creative organizations. She began her career on the account side at Lowe and Grey, where she developed a strong foundation in advertising and client partnerships, before advancing into senior leadership roles at Bang, Alkemy X, Industrial Color and Boomshot. Throughout her career, she has partnered with such brands and agencies as Amazon, W+K, Puma, The Martin Agency, L’Oréal and Google.
“Sara intuitively understands what clients need and is expert at navigating the path together with them,” said David Gioiella, co-founder of the Northern Lights Family, also in a statement. “Her experience and approach make projects seamless, elevate creative output, and drive results.”
Recent NL Family work includes the highly viewed Kelly Clarkson 2025 NFL Christmas Games open for Netflix; national campaigns for Dove, Evernorth and Ameriprise; brand-direct projects for Norwegian Cruise Line, Blue Buffalo, Dell, and Prudential; and brand image projects for Disney+, NBC Sports, TBS, AMC and A+E.
