Josh Holloway, best known as Lost’s resident bad-boy Sawyer, reteams with Lost creator J.J. Abrams as the star of 1970s crime series, Duster.
Set in the Southwest U.S., Holloway’s Jim plays a driver for the local crime syndicate, led by Ezra (Keith David). Jim’s just going about his business when he finds himself recruited by a rookie FBI agent (Rachel Hilson) who is hellbent on taking the family down.
Duster also stars Sydney Elisabeth, Greg Grunberg, Camille Guaty, Asivak Koostachin, Adriana Aluna Martinez and Benjamin Charles Watson.
LaToya Morgan is co-creator, executive producer and showrunner. Abrams and Morgan co-wrote the series’ first two episodes, while Steph Green directed and executive produced them. Rachel Rusch Rich executive produces along with Abrams for his production company Bad Robot. Duster is produced in association with Warner Bros. Television.
The Max original series debuts May 15 with an eight-episode first season.
