Erin Serletic has been named head of growth, gaming and entertainment at Los Angeles and Seattle-based We Are Royale, the company said. She brings to her new position experience overseeing 360 marketing campaigns, rebrands, refreshes, graphics packages, in-game cinematics, asset creative and more for such clients as Disney, Activision Blizzard, Riot Games, SYFY, Marvel, FX Networks, NFL Network, AMC, Meta, Hulu, ABC, and NBC Universal.

“With her deep experience in branding and marketing, especially in gaming and entertainment, Erin is a natural addition to our team,” said Jen Lucero, co-founder & CEO of We Are Royale, in a statement. “Her passion, authenticity, and progressive business development strategies align with our strengths as a studio and where the industry is headed. On a personal level, she is such a joy to work with, always bringing clarity and enthusiasm connecting with colleagues and clients alike. We are grateful to have her join the team.”

“I’ve long admired We Are Royale – the prolific creative output and the people,” said Serletic. “They simply operate and create in a different stratosphere – and they do it all with purpose and love.”

Serletic began her career in Atlanta before moving to New York City where she worked in business development for Trollbäck+Company and later Santa Monica-based design studio Belief. She later moved on to become head of client partnerships at Capacity, helping the company expand into gaming.

Serletic next pivoted into gameplay capture at Dark Burn Creative and later into experiential and event production as vice president of business growth, gaming and entertainment at NCompass, where she was part of the team that reimagined Hallmark Media’s Upfronts with a series of innovative experiences. Additionally, she shepherded the upcoming launch event for Ubisoft’s Star Wars Outlaws. Building on these experiences, Serletic co-founded Clove, a boutique experiential studio.

“Branching into new verticals and areas of expertise has been invaluable, but I feel very much at home working in the realm of design, branding, and motion graphics,” Serletic said.

Serletic supports initiatives and organizations that champion women in marketing and entertainment such as Women-Led Games, which helps women developers and entrepreneurs in gaming connect with venture capital money and marketing resources.
