Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Feel the Pressure in Netflix Trailer

Debut season spot cut by The Shop.

Everyone thinks being a cheerleader is nothing but dating football players, waltzing around in skimpy costumes and keeping your hair and makeup absolutely perfect. But Netflix’s docuseries, America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, reveals the hard work and emotional grit that goes into becoming an NFL cheerleader.

Los Angeles-based The Shop Creative Advertising cut the above premiere trailer for Netflix’s new series. The long-form spot ratchets up the tension and lures the viewer in as the women put it all on the line to achieve their collective dream of making the team. And those jump splits are no joke.

The series comes from the producers of Netflix’s Cheer and Last Chance U. All seven episodes of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders premiered June 20 on Netflix.
