Pat Carpenter has been promoted to executive creative director at the Northern Lights Agency, the company said Tuesday.
Formerly an editor and creative director at the company, Carpenter will oversee campaigns for a broad slate of network and streaming partners, drawing on the full creative, editorial, design, production and audio capabilities of the Northern Lights Family to bring integrated scale and craft to the process.
“Pat elevates every project simply by being involved,” said Leona Togher, executive producer, Northern Lights Family, in a statement. “He balances strong creative instincts with deep collaboration. Clients feel that immediately.”
Carpenter has led high-profile campaigns that connect emotionally while delivering measurable results. With a lifelong passion for music, he brings an intuitive sense of editorial rhythm, pacing and tone to every project, crafting standout work that feels both precise and unexpected.
“The tools and platforms keep changing, but the goal stays the same,” said Carpenter, also in a statement. “Deliver moments people genuinely feel. That builds trust, sustains long-term partnerships, and keeps clients coming back.”
Recent work from the Northern Lights Agency includes partnering with AMC+ on its platform campaigns, collaborating with NBC on its NBA campaign, and delivering an Opening Ceremony campaign for the Milan Cortina Olympic Games. Additional projects span spots and trailers for Paramount+, Disney+, HBO, ABC, TBS, PBS, Acorn TV, FOX, A&E, Prime Video and Nickelodeon.
