Led by ‘The White Lotus,’ streaming service has film, documentary, sports and more.

Premium streaming service Max showcases its diverse lineup in February, queuing up drama, film, documentary, sports and more.

Perhaps the month’s most-anticipated launch is the season-three premiere of its critically acclaimed anthology series, The White Lotus, on February 16.

After setting season one in Maui and season two in Sicily, the series heads to Thailand in season three for a whole new adventure for the wealthy, entitled and clueless elite and the locals at swanky hotels who serve them. This season stars Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong and Aimee Lou Wood.

Ahead of Valentine’s Day on February 7, comes romantic movie We Live in Time, starring Andrew Garfield as Tobias and Florence Pugh as Almut

“There is the very distinct and real possibility that I am about to fall in love with you,” Tobias says to a confused-looking Almut in the trailer. The film spans their relationship and the challenges they face over decades.

Waitress: The Musical – based on the Broadway play that’s based on the movie – debuts on the service February 14. Waitress stars Sarah Bareilles as a single and expecting waitress who sinks her emotions into the pies she bakes. Max also has apocalyptic thriller Elevation – which imagines a world in which everyone has to live above 8,000 feet due to man-eating monsters below – debuting February 21 and starring Anthony Mackie and Morena Baccarin.

Max heads to San Francisco February 14-16 to hang out with the NBA for All-Star Weekend. In partnership with B/R Sports, Max also offers regular season NBA and NHL games as well as All-Elite Wrestling, 3x3 women’s basketball, U.S. soccer and cycling.

Finally, documentary series, The Takedown: American Aryans, debuts February 6. Eyes on the Prize III: We Who Believe in Freedom Cannot Rest, a documentary series about civil-rights activists, drops February 25. And TNT Sports/HBO Sports documentary We Beat the Dream Team, about the college squad who beat the Olympic Gold-winning Dream Team in a scrimmage, arrives February 18.
