Fans itching to return to luxury resort/death trap The White Lotus got their most fulfilling look yet on Monday as HBO released the official trailer and key art for season three of its satirical anthology series.
After seasons one and two were set in Maui and Sicily, respectively, the show heads to Thailand in season three for a different – and non-Western – perspective on class warfare.
This year’s cast focuses on three groups of a guests: a wealthy executive (Jason Isaacs, using a Texas drawl), his bored but entitled wife (Parker Posey) and their three children (Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola); three longtime friends on a girls’ trip (Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon and Michelle Monaghan) and an older man (Walton Goggins) and his younger free-spirited girlfriend (Aimee Lou Wood). Natasha Rothwell returns as Belinda Lindsey, the spa manager from Maui who’s in Thailand to learn some new self-care secrets – or maybe just some secrets.
Season three also features the employees of White Lotus Thailand, played by Arnas Fedaravičius, Christian Friedel, Morgana O’Reilly, Lek Patravadi, Tayme Thapthimthong, Dom Hetrakul, Lalisa Manobal (better known as a member of South Korean girl pop group Blackpink) and Shalini Peiris.
HBO also released season three's official key art on Monday:
