Marvel fans got the big clue that the Daredevil trailer they had been waiting for was on its way when Marvel Television posted “7 am PT” on its Instagram Stories on Tuesday. Sure enough, at 7 am PT Wednesday morning, the trailer had dropped.  

Centered around sworn enemies Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) – a blind lawyer who fights injustice both via his law firm and his alter-ego, Daredevil – and former mob boss Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio), who is now mayor of New York City. The trailer grows in action and violence as it proceeds, quickly becoming clear that whatever detente is taking place during that meeting at a Manhattan diner, it’s all going to fall apart pretty quickly. 

The trailer also features the returns of Jon Bernthal as The Punisher, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page and Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson.

Marvel Television’s Daredevil: Born Again premieres March 4 on Disney Plus.
