Manchester United and Adidas teamed up on the above short film allegedly to promote the legendary club’s new kit, but the piece, starring Irish actor and mega-soccer fan Barry Keoghan, is really more of an ode to the Beautiful Game.
Scored to Underworld’s ‘90s anthem, “Born Slippy,” the film sees Keoghan, dressed in Manchester’s uniform, head out to the pitch to watch both the men’s and women’s teams. The film is produced by creative agency Homeground and director Tom Day of Pulse Films
