NBA on Prime tipped off its second season of live NBA coverage with a new promotional campaign titled “Home Game” that takes that concept quite literally.

The campaign, set to Flo Rida’s “My House,” debuted on Thursday, October 1 during Prime’s Thursday Night Football matchup featuring the Pittsburgh Steelers versus the Cleveland Browns. The campaign includes an array of NBA stars, including NBA Finals MVP and New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson, Boston Celtics power forward Jayson Tatum, Minnesota Timberwolves point guard LaMelo Ball, Detroit Pistons point guard Cade Cunningham, Orlando Magic power forward Paolo Banchero, and Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey. The players show up alongside NBA on Prime studio talent Blake Griffin, Udonis Haslem and Taylor Rooks.

The video opens on a family gathered around a familiar Amazon box sitting on their coffee table. The moment they open it, the six NBA all-stars jump into their living room. Suddenly, they’re making passes from the kitchen, throwing down dunks over the couch, splitting the defense past the loveseat and connecting for three — while Griffin, Haslem and Rooks break down every play from the dining room and mom serves up some crispy rice treats.

"Building on the momentum of our first NBA on Prime season, we set out to tell a story every fan could feel — the idea that with Prime, the NBA doesn't just come to your screen, it comes to your home,” said Stacey Rosensen, head of US sports, marketing, Prime Video, in a statement.

“The delivery concept gave us the perfect way in, a visual cue that bridges a recognizable characteristic of our business with the excitement of live basketball. And when you surround that with some of the brightest young stars in the league and the best voices around the game, you get something that's not just a campaign — it's a celebration of what this partnership is all about."

"Home Game" will be supported across Amazon owned-and-operated platforms – including Prime Video, Fire TV and Amazon.com – as well as through paid placements including linear and connected TV, digital, social, programmatic and audio. The broader NBA on Prime 2026-27 campaign, including a series of Emirates NBA Cup spots also debuting this fall, will be complemented with branded Whole Foods bags and Amazon Prime delivery vans.

Prime’s marketing strategy also includes support across @NBAonPrime social platforms, which drove 144 million-plus engagements and garnered 1.5 million-plus  total followers in its first year.

"Home Game" was developed by Prime Video in collaboration with DLP Media Group and directed by Max Gutierrez.
